Platforms like GMGN fall into three groups: web terminals that compete head-on (Axiom, Terminal formerly Padre, BullX Neo, Photon), a mobile-first social app (FOMO), and Telegram bots that predate all of them (Trojan, Maestro, BONKbot). Every one of them charges about 1% per trade, so the choice comes down to cashback, chains, copy trading, mobile and, above all, who holds your keys.
GMGN itself is the largest by recent fees: per DefiLlama data read 8 September 2026, it earned $45.5M in 30 days, 40.2% of tracked terminal fees, with Axiom at 34.5% and FOMO at 22.1%. That concentration tells you where liquidity of attention is. This independent roundup compares eight GMGN alternatives on documented facts only; where an official source does not state something, the table says "not verified". GMGN AI App Guide is not affiliated with any platform named here.

Per DefiLlama fee adapters read 8 September 2026. Terminal/Padre and BullX are not in this tracked set.
Three things stand out. First, GMGN, Axiom and FOMO are effectively the whole market on a 30-day basis. Second, lifetime numbers tell a different story: Photon peaked at $84.6M in a single month in January 2025 and Axiom's lifetime fees are more than double GMGN's, so leadership rotates. Third, the Telegram bots that dominated 2024 now share about 2.6% of monthly fees. Choose from the top three unless you have a specific reason.
The alternatives, one by one
1. Axiom: the closest like-for-like ("gmgn or axiom")
Axiom (axiom.trade) is the terminal most often weighed against GMGN. Its documentation describes a 1% base fee, tiered SOL cashback from 0.05% to 0.25% (effective 0.95% down to 0.75%), and a 10% referral discount for new users; GMGN documents rebates to the referrer only. Axiom is Solana-focused with Robinhood Chain support and adds spot plus Hyperliquid perps, which GMGN lacks entirely. Its default priority fee of roughly 0.001 SOL is about six times lower than GMGN's 0.006 SOL default, per a third-party review, which on a 0.1 SOL trade is the difference between 1% and 6% in gas.
Where GMGN wins: ten chains versus Axiom's Solana-plus-Robinhood, a native mobile app, the wallet-tracking and KOL layer, and the gmgn-skills CLI and API. On 30-day fees GMGN led in September 2026; on lifetime, Axiom ($769.2M) is far ahead. Full breakdown: GMGN vs Axiom.
Best for: Solana traders who want cheaper effective fees, perps and a mature terminal.
2. Terminal (formerly Padre): pump.fun's terminal with key export ("gmgn vs padre")
In October 2025 pump.fun announced on its official X account that it had acquired Padre; the docs are now titled "Terminal (formerly Padre)" and the app lives at trade.padre.gg and terminal.pump.fun. Chains: Solana, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base. Its Rewards page describes 10% SOL cashback on trading fees by default and 35% with a referral link; the base fee percentage was not on the pages we could read. Its Wallets page documents an Export Private Key option with keys encrypted by a password the team cannot access. Exit Strategies allow up to five TP/SL conditions per position. It runs as a progressive web app rather than a store-listed app.
Where GMGN wins: more chains, native apps, more order types, Solana Anti-MEV with three modes (Terminal documents MEV protection for Ethereum). Details: GMGN vs Padre and GMGN vs Pump.fun and Terminal.
Best for: traders who want to own their keys and trade pump.fun launches on the launchpad's own terminal.
3. BullX Neo: multichain with Telegram login
BullX Neo is the current version of BullX, charging about 1% and covering multiple chains with Telegram login, per our fact sheet. We could not verify from official documentation its copy-trading parameters, mobile app status or key-export policy, so treat those cells as open. Compared with GMGN it is the most similar in login model; the GMGN vs BullX page goes deeper.
Best for: multichain traders who already live in Telegram and want a web terminal tied to it.
4. Photon: the former leader
Photon charges 1% with no cashback and is Solana-only. It peaked at $84.6M in monthly fees in January 2025 and has since faded to 0.6% of tracked 30-day fees, though its lifetime total ($441.6M) still exceeds GMGN's. It remains a fast, simple terminal for Solana with none of GMGN's multichain reach or intelligence layer. See GMGN vs Photon.
Best for: Solana-only traders who want a minimal interface and are not chasing cashback.
5. FOMO: non-custodial, mobile-first social trading
FOMO (fomo.family) is the fastest-growing of the top three by 7-day fees ($11.6M versus Axiom's $6.23M in the same week). Its official pages describe a non-custodial design (Shamir's Secret Sharing, keys reassembled in trusted execution environments, export behind FaceID), four chains on one USD balance (Base, Solana, BNB Chain, Monad), Apple Pay and debit-card funding, sponsored priority fees, gas and token rent, a social feed with leaderboards and live PnL, a web platform, and Hyperliquid-powered perps unavailable to U.S. persons. It does not print its fee percentage on the pages we read; our fact sheet lists 1%.
Where GMGN wins: desk-grade Trenches and filters, parameterized copy trading, more chains, an API. Details: GMGN vs FOMO.
Best for: phone-first traders who follow people, want their keys and prefer all-in pricing.
6. Trojan: Solana Telegram bot
Trojan is a Solana Telegram bot at 1% with $226.8M lifetime fees but only $1.18M in the last 30 days. Bots trade from a wallet the bot generates; export policy is not verified in our sources. GMGN runs its own per-chain bots (@GMGN_sol_bot and others) that support buy, sell, copy-trade setup and referral, but cannot withdraw; see the GMGN Telegram bot guide.
Best for: traders who want a pure Telegram workflow on Solana without a web terminal.
7. Maestro: multichain bot with a premium tier
Maestro is a multichain Telegram bot at 1% with a $200-per-month premium tier, $143.4M lifetime fees and 1.5% of 30-day share. The subscription model is the opposite of GMGN's flat 1% with no paid tier.
Best for: multichain bot traders willing to pay a subscription for premium features.
8. BONKbot: the original Solana bot
BONKbot charges 1% on Solana and has $94.9M lifetime fees, but roughly $0.10M in the last 30 days. It is a simple, established bot rather than a terminal.
Best for: casual Solana buys inside Telegram.
Adjacent tools that are not terminals
Two names come up in "sites like gmgn ai" searches but belong to other categories. Jupiter is a Solana DEX aggregator with 0% commission in Manual mode and 0–0.5% in Ultra, self-custodial, with no launch feed or copy trading; see GMGN vs Jupiter. DexScreener is a free multichain chart and screener with wallet-connect swaps only; see DexScreener vs GMGN. Both complement a terminal rather than replace it.
Is GMGN an exchange? Clearing up "gmgn exchange"
GMGN is not an exchange in the Binance sense. It is a terminal that routes swaps to on-chain DEX and launchpad liquidity from a hosted wallet, charges 1% per side, has no order book, no fiat on-ramp in its docs, no perps and no KYC. It also has no official token, points program or airdrop as of September 2026; roughly 50 on-chain "$GMGN" tokens are imposters. The same is true of every terminal above. If you want an exchange-style experience with fiat funding, FOMO's Apple Pay and debit-card deposits are the closest in this list. The what is GMGN primer covers the model.
Best-for picks
- Best overall GMGN alternative: Axiom, for effective fees below 1%, a 10% referral discount, perps and the second-largest 30-day volume.
- Best if you must export your keys: Terminal (Padre) or FOMO; both document it, GMGN prohibits it.
- Best for pump.fun launches: Terminal, now owned by the launchpad, or GMGN for cross-launchpad screening with the deeper security panel.
- Best mobile app: FOMO for non-custodial phone trading; GMGN for a native app with desk-style Monitor and Track tabs.
- Best for multichain: GMGN (ten chains), then Terminal and BullX Neo.
- Best for copy trading depth: GMGN, with fixed or proportional sizing, filters, blacklist and Lightning Mode on Solana; see GMGN copy trading.
- Best Telegram bot: Trojan for Solana, Maestro if you need multichain and will pay for premium.
- Best for lowest total cost on liquid tokens: none of the terminals; use Jupiter Manual mode at 0%.
Who should choose which?
Stay on GMGN if you trade several chains, rely on wallet tracking and KOL feeds, run parameterized copy trades or automation, or build bots on its API, and you accept a hosted wallet with no key export and a 1% fee with no cashback.
Switch to Axiom if you are Solana-first, fee-sensitive at scale, or want perps.
Switch to Terminal if key export is a requirement or you want the launchpad's own tooling for pump.fun tokens.
Switch to FOMO if you trade from a phone, want your keys and prefer sponsored gas over managing priority fees.
Keep a Telegram bot only as a backup channel; on current volume they are no longer where the market trades.
Whichever you choose, apply the same checks: confirm the domain character by character (known GMGN typosquats include app-gmgn-ai.com and gmgn-app.at), enable 2FA where offered, and read the platform's security review equivalent before depositing size.
Verdict on platforms like GMGN
There is no GMGN alternative that is strictly better; there are alternatives that are better on one axis. Axiom is cheaper in effect and has perps. Terminal and FOMO let you keep your keys. FOMO is the better phone app. Nobody matches GMGN's chain count, its intelligence layer or, as of September 2026, its 30-day fee lead. Pick the axis that matters to you, and remember that all of these charge about 1%, so the differences are in cashback, custody and tooling rather than in the headline fee.
Key takeaways
- Eight real alternatives: Axiom, Terminal (Padre), BullX Neo, Photon, FOMO, Trojan, Maestro, BONKbot; all around 1% per trade.
- GMGN, Axiom and FOMO took about 97% of tracked terminal fees in the 30 days to 8 September 2026 (DefiLlama); Telegram bots are under 3%.
- Only Terminal and FOMO document private key export; GMGN prohibits it; the rest are unverified.
- Axiom is the closest substitute and cheaper in effect; Terminal is pump.fun's terminal since October 2025; FOMO is the non-custodial mobile option.
- GMGN is not an exchange and has no token; the same goes for every terminal listed.

Frequently asked questions
What is the best alternative to GMGN?
Axiom is the closest like-for-like: 1% base with tiered SOL cashback and a 10% referral discount, Solana-first with Robinhood Chain and Hyperliquid perps, and the second-largest 30-day fee take. Terminal (formerly Padre) is the pick if you want key export and pump.fun's data; FOMO if you want a non-custodial mobile app.
Is GMGN an exchange?
No. GMGN is a trading terminal that routes swaps to on-chain DEX and launchpad liquidity from a wallet it hosts for you. It has no order book, no fiat on-ramp in its docs, no perps and no KYC. Searches for "gmgn exchange" usually mean this terminal.
GMGN or Axiom: which is cheaper?
Both charge 1% base. Axiom documents SOL cashback of 0.05–0.25% and a 10% referral discount, giving an effective 0.75–0.95%. GMGN documents no trader cashback, and its default priority fee of 0.006 SOL is about six times Axiom's roughly 0.001 SOL default, which matters more on small trades.
Are there sites like gmgn.ai with 0% fees?
Not among terminals. Jupiter, a Solana DEX aggregator, charges 0% in Manual mode, but it has no launch feed, copy trading or wallet tracking. Every terminal in this roundup charges around 1%.
Which GMGN alternative supports the most chains?
GMGN itself lists ten chains. Among alternatives, BullX Neo and Terminal are multichain (Terminal: Solana, Ethereum, BNB Chain, Base) and FOMO lists four chains on one USD balance. Photon and most Telegram bots are Solana-centric.
Which alternatives let me export my private key?
Terminal (Padre) and FOMO document private key export on their official pages. GMGN prohibits it. For Axiom, BullX, Photon, Trojan, Maestro and BONKbot we could not verify export policy from official documentation, so check before depositing.
Open the official terminal, install the iOS or Android app, or start with the Telegram bot. Keep only trading capital in the wallet.
