Need help with your GMGN account?

We cannot see or change anything in your GMGN account. We are not GMGN support. For account, deposit, withdrawal or trade problems:

  1. Open a ticket inside the GMGN app or web terminal (Settings → Help / Support).
  2. Ask in GMGN's official Telegram group: t.me/gmgnai.
  3. Security issues only: security@gmgn.ai.
  4. Follow official announcements on X: @gmgnai.

Before you contact them, read GMGN support: every official channel and GMGN not working: fixes. Have your UID and the transaction hash ready.

Warning: nobody from this site or from GMGN will ever message you first, ask for your seed phrase, private key, password or 2FA code, or ask you to "verify" your wallet by sending funds. Anyone who does is a scammer.
