GMGN Solana is what most traders picture when they hear the name: the Trenches columns, the Pump.fun graduations, the hotkey buys. That picture is out of date. According to GMGN's own chain list and the gmgn-skills README, the terminal now trades on ten chains, and Solana's share of GMGN activity fell from 99.5 percent in January 2025 to 12.7 percent in one August 2026 30-day window, behind Robinhood Chain and BSC.
The multi-chain reality creates a set of practical questions this guide answers: which chains are supported and with what gas asset, which have a Telegram bot, where copy trading works, how to switch chains, how to fund each one without sending money to the wrong network, and what to do about bridging, since GMGN does not document a built-in bridge.
This is an independent guide; GMGN AI App Guide is not affiliated with GMGN. Numbers are dated and sourced; where GMGN does not document something, we say so.
Which chains does GMGN support in 2026?
| Chain | Gas asset | Telegram bot | Copy trading | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Solana | SOL | @GMGN_sol_bot | Yes (max 10 tasks) | Original memecoin home; Pump.fun, letsbonk, Raydium LaunchLab launchpads in Trenches |
| BSC (BNB Chain) | BNB | @GMGN_bsc_bot | Not documented | Led GMGN volume in early August 2026 |
| Ethereum | ETH | @GMGN_swap_bot | Not documented | Honeypot check in security panel; higher gas |
| Base | ETH | @GMGN_base_bot | Not documented | Low-fee EVM L2 |
| Tron | TRX | @GMGN_tron_bot | Not documented | Non-EVM; separate wallet format |
| Blast | ETH | No dedicated bot documented | Not documented | Ethereum L2 |
| Monad | MON | No dedicated bot documented | Not documented | Newer high-throughput chain |
| Robinhood Chain | ETH | No dedicated bot documented | Not documented | Arbitrum-stack L2, launched 1 July 2026 |
| Arc | Not verified | No dedicated bot documented | Not documented | Listed in gmgn-skills README; we could not verify gas handling in GMGN |
| Stable | Not verified | No dedicated bot documented | Not documented | Listed in gmgn-skills README; we could not verify gas handling in GMGN |

Two rules cut across the table. First, every chain gets its own GMGN-generated wallet under your account, with its own balance, and the private-key export ban applies to all of them. Second, the flat 1 percent GMGN fee applies on every chain; only the network fee and priority-fee mechanics differ, as detailed in the GMGN fees guide.
How has GMGN's chain mix shifted?
The dated numbers, all from DefiLlama fee data as cited in September 2026:
| Period | Solana | BSC | Robinhood Chain | Source |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| January 2025 | 99.5% | small | n/a (not launched) | DefiLlama |
| Early August 2026 | 31.5% | 58.9% | n/a in that split | DefiLlama |
| August 2026, 30-day window | 12.7% | 24.8% | 58.6% | DefiLlama split cited by a competitor |
GMGN launched in June 2023 as an Ethereum smart-money tracker and pivoted to Solana in early 2024 (first Solana fee day 21 March 2024 on DefiLlama). The BSC surge and then the Robinhood Chain surge show that GMGN follows memecoin liquidity rather than committing to a chain. For traders, the lesson is that "gmgn solana" and "gmgn bsc" are not different products; they are the same terminal pointed at whichever chain is hot this month. Over the 30 days to 8 September 2026, GMGN took $45.5 million in fees across all chains, 40.2 percent of the tracked terminal market, per DefiLlama; see What is GMGN AI for context.
What is Robinhood Chain on GMGN?
Robinhood Chain is an Arbitrum-stack layer 2 that went live on 1 July 2026. Facts that matter for a GMGN user:
- Gas is ETH. There is no native chain token, so you fund your GMGN Robinhood Chain wallet with ETH bridged or sent to that network.
- Memecoins dominate. Despite the brokerage name, on-chain activity is mostly memecoin trading. A Medium/Coinmonks analysis found GMGN's router handled 4.86 million swaps and about $947.5 million in a single three-day window, 18.5 percent of USDG-quoted volume on the chain.
- It is not stock trading. Searches for "gmgn robinhood" often assume GMGN gives access to Robinhood equities. It does not. GMGN trades tokens on the chain; that is the whole relationship. The limit orders guide covers what GMGN does and does not offer.
- No Telegram bot is documented for it; use the web terminal.
Switch to it with gmgn.ai/?chain=robinhood or from the chain selector.
How do you switch chains on GMGN?
- In the web terminal, use the chain selector in the top navigation. Each chain has its own Trenches, Trending, and New Pair views.
- Or load the chain directly by URL:
gmgn.ai/?chain=sol,?chain=bsc,?chain=eth,?chain=base,?chain=robinhood, and so on. - In the mobile app, the chain switch sits at the top of the Discover and Assets tabs.
- In Telegram, chain switching means opening a different bot: @GMGN_sol_bot for Solana, @GMGN_bsc_bot for BSC, @GMGN_swap_bot for Ethereum, @GMGN_base_bot for Base, @GMGN_tron_bot for Tron. The GMGN Telegram bot guide covers verifying those handles.
Switching the chain switches the wallet you are looking at. Your SOL balance does not appear on the BSC view because it is a different address on a different network.
How do you fund each chain on GMGN?
The single most expensive mistake on a multi-chain terminal is sending an asset on the wrong network. GMGN wallets are ordinary on-chain addresses; nothing on GMGN's side can recover a deposit sent to the wrong chain.
Step by step:
- Switch to the chain you want to trade.
- Open the wallet page and copy the deposit address for that chain. Solana and Tron addresses look different from EVM addresses; EVM addresses on Ethereum, BSC, Base, Blast, and Robinhood Chain may be the same string, but the funds live on whichever network you send them on.
- Send the gas asset from your exchange or self-custody wallet, selecting the matching network at the source. For "gmgn bnb," that means BNB on BNB Smart Chain (BEP-20), not BNB on the old Beacon Chain or on another network.
- Wait for confirmation and refresh. "No data" usually means the chain view has not loaded rather than a lost deposit.
- Keep a reserve: at least 0.05 SOL on Solana for gas and rent; on EVM chains, enough of the gas asset for several transactions at current gas prices.
Common wrong-network cases:
- ETH sent on Arbitrum to a GMGN Base address: it sits on Arbitrum, where GMGN has no wallet view. Recover it only by importing the key elsewhere, which you cannot do with a GMGN-generated wallet, so it is effectively stuck.
- USDT on Tron (TRC-20) sent to an EVM address: lost.
- SOL sent to a Solana address that belongs to your Phantom-login account instead of your Telegram-login account: the funds are safe but in a different GMGN account, because those logins never merge. See the GMGN login guide.
Can you bridge on GMGN?
GMGN's documentation does not describe a built-in bridge or cross-chain swap as of September 2026. To move value from your Solana wallet to your BSC or Robinhood Chain wallet, you have two general routes:
External bridge route
- Sell to the gas asset inside GMGN (SOL, for example).
- Withdraw the SOL to a self-custody wallet you control. Withdrawals require Google Authenticator 2FA and a whitelisted address with a 3-hour hold on first setup.
- Use a bridge or cross-chain swap service from that self-custody wallet to receive the target chain's gas asset.
- Deposit that gas asset to your GMGN wallet on the target chain.
Exchange route
- Sell to the gas asset inside GMGN.
- Withdraw to your exchange deposit address for that asset on that network.
- Sell for a stablecoin or directly buy the target chain's gas asset on the exchange.
- Withdraw from the exchange on the target network to your GMGN wallet for that chain.
We do not recommend a specific bridge or exchange. Both routes cost network fees and, for the exchange route, exchange fees and possible withdrawal delays. Neither route is fast enough for reacting to a live memecoin launch, so traders active on several chains keep a float on each rather than bridging on demand.
MoonPay, OKX, and other on-ramps
"moonpay gmgn" and "gmgn okx" are searches from users looking to buy crypto with a card or from an exchange and get it into GMGN. As of September 2026, GMGN's documentation does not describe a native MoonPay integration, and OKX is a separate exchange and wallet product. In practice:
- Buy SOL, BNB, or ETH on the on-ramp or exchange of your choice.
- Withdraw it to your GMGN wallet address on the correct network, as described above.
- If a page that looks like GMGN shows a "buy with card" widget, verify the domain is gmgn.ai first. Lookalike domains such as app-gmgn-ai.com and gmgn-app.at have been used for phishing; the GMGN phishing check explains what to look for.
Never enter card details or exchange credentials on any site reached through a link in a Telegram DM.
GMGN USDC and USDT: how stablecoins fit in
Stablecoins on GMGN are just tokens in your wallet. Points to know:
- Prices are quoted in USD and in the gas asset. Token pages show market cap and price in dollar terms; the trade panel takes the amount in SOL, BNB, ETH, or TRX. On Robinhood Chain, public analyses measure volume in USDG-quoted terms, which reflects the chain's dominant stablecoin pairs rather than a GMGN setting.
- Stablecoins are not gas. A wallet with 100 USDC and 0 SOL cannot execute a swap. Send a little gas first.
- Network matters. USDC on Solana and USDC on Base are different tokens on different chains. Send the version that matches the GMGN wallet's chain.
- Swapping stablecoin to gas asset inside GMGN works like any other token swap and pays the 1 percent fee.
GMGN does not document any special stablecoin trading pairs or USDC-denominated fee options as of September 2026.
What about GMGN on Tron, Monad, and Blast?
- Tron: supported with @GMGN_tron_bot. Tron uses TRX for gas and its own address format, so it never shares an address with your EVM wallets. Memecoin activity on Tron is smaller than on Solana or BSC and pools are often thin; the pool-size floors for automated orders ($500 minimum, buys under 20 percent of pool) bite more often here.
- Monad: listed in the web terminal. GMGN's docs do not document a Monad Telegram bot or Monad copy trading. Fund it with MON on the Monad network.
- Blast: an Ethereum L2 using ETH for gas, listed in the terminal without a dedicated bot in the documentation.
For all three, the security panel fields (mint or ownership status, LP burned, top-10 holders, honeypot on EVM, buy and sell tax) work the same as on the major chains, and the GMGN filters apply per chain.
Which chain should a new GMGN user start on?
An honest ranking by what the platform actually supports, not by which chain is pumping:
- Solana has the most complete feature set: copy trading, the full Trenches launchpad coverage, Anti-MEV with its compensation policy, and the deepest documentation. Most GMGN tutorials assume it.
- BSC has the most volume in mid-2026 and low gas, but no documented copy trading.
- Robinhood Chain has the most activity in the August 2026 window and ETH gas, but no bot and no copy trading; it is a web-terminal chain.
- Base and Ethereum are for tokens that launch there; Ethereum gas makes small-size memecoin trading expensive.
- Tron, Monad, Blast, Arc, Stable are for specific tokens rather than a general home.
Whatever you choose, the withdrawal setup is the same: bind 2FA and whitelist a self-custody address on day one. The GMGN AI app makes chain switching one click; making sure your money is on the right chain is still on you.
Key takeaways
- GMGN supports Solana, BSC, Ethereum, Base, Tron, Blast, Monad, Robinhood Chain, Arc, and Stable as of September 2026.
- Solana fell from 99.5 percent of GMGN activity (January 2025) to 12.7 percent in one August 2026 30-day window, behind Robinhood Chain (58.6 percent) and BSC (24.8 percent), per DefiLlama-derived splits.
- Copy trading is Solana-only; Telegram bots exist for Solana, BSC, Ethereum, Base, and Tron.
- Robinhood Chain is an ETH-gas Arbitrum L2 launched 1 July 2026; GMGN trades memecoins there, not stocks.
- No built-in bridge is documented; move funds via withdrawal plus an external bridge or exchange.
- Fund each chain with its own gas asset on the exact network; stablecoins cannot pay gas.
GMGN Solana remains the most fully featured way to use the terminal, but the platform is a multi-chain router now, and your funding discipline needs to match.
Frequently asked questions
Which chains does GMGN support?
As of September 2026 the web terminal lists Solana, BSC, Ethereum, Base, Tron, Blast, Monad, Robinhood Chain, Arc, and Stable. Telegram bots exist for Solana, BSC, Ethereum, Base, and Tron. Copy trading is documented for Solana only.
Is GMGN still mainly a Solana terminal?
Not anymore. Solana was 99.5 percent of GMGN activity in January 2025. By early August 2026 BSC led at 58.9 percent with Solana at 31.5 percent, and a 30-day DefiLlama split cited in August 2026 showed Robinhood Chain at 58.6 percent, BSC 24.8 percent, and Solana 12.7 percent. The mix changes quickly with wherever memecoin volume goes.
What is Robinhood Chain on GMGN?
Robinhood Chain is an Arbitrum-stack layer 2 that launched on 1 July 2026. It uses ETH for gas and has no native token. Memecoin trading dominates its activity, and GMGN's router handled 4.86 million swaps worth about $947.5 million in a single three-day window, per a Medium/Coinmonks analysis.
Can you bridge on GMGN?
GMGN's documentation does not describe a built-in bridge as of September 2026. To move value between chains, withdraw to a self-custody wallet and use an external bridge, or sell to the gas asset, withdraw to an exchange, and buy the other chain's gas asset there. Then deposit to your GMGN wallet on the target chain.
Can I fund GMGN with USDC or USDT?
You can hold stablecoins in a GMGN wallet as tokens, but trading needs the chain's gas asset: SOL, BNB, ETH, or TRX. If you send USDC to a GMGN wallet with no gas, you will need to add gas before you can swap it. Always send stablecoins on the exact network your GMGN wallet is on.
Does GMGN work with MoonPay or OKX?
MoonPay and OKX are external on-ramps people use to buy SOL, BNB, or ETH before depositing to GMGN. GMGN's documentation does not describe a native integration with either as of September 2026, so treat any in-page "buy with card" prompt as something to verify on the gmgn.ai domain before entering anything.
Open the official terminal, install the iOS or Android app, or start with the Telegram bot. Keep only trading capital in the wallet.
